Team K’s progress towards the finalization of their final product has been a rollercoaster. However, this was the case because of the fact that their main priority was to obtain a final AEV product that promoted energy efficiency, stability, safety, and durability for the city of Columbus. Team K created their own design for their final design that proved to be lighter in weight, more aerodynamic and more energy efficient than the previous designs they tested. The final performance test represents the safety, consistency and reliability that also comes with this team’s AEV. With all of this in mind, team K’s AEV would make a beneficial addition to the smart city of Columbus.
