Artifacts

This is the classroom that 8 students and I designed and created for tutoring. We worked with other staff and local companies to gather furniture and supplies to make a new tutoring room. We used to hold tutoring in our school’s library but we did research and learned that it was no an ideal learning space. I learned more about effective learning strategies that can better suite students with all different learning styles. I also learned how to work in a team and communicate with other.

About Me

Hi! My name is Aishani Pawar and I am currently a freshman at OSU. I am in college to become a successful version of myself and be content with what I do with myself. I want to push myself to be the best possible version and contribute to society. I am majoring Finance with a minor in Spanish and Business Analytics. I hope to one day also pursue Law and become a corporate lawyer.

Throughout high school, I was a tutor through my school’s tutoring program and helped other high school students with their classes. I was also an intern for the program and was in charge of all the behind the scenes operations that made our program so successful. I also love to volunteer with little kids. Working with the local fire department, I helped teach kids ages 4-6 important safety rules that they would need to follow on a daily basis.
