Post graduation, I will be moving to Chicago to work as a Credit Risk Analyst at JP Morgan Chase.

Why I decided to pursue Global Option

I learned about the certification through some friends after my sophomore internship abroad in London and realized that I was already on track for completing the certification so it was a no-brainer. I immediately knew that a global option in business was for me because it perfectly combined my passions for traveling and the business world. My passion for traveling and immersing myself in new heritages definitely comes from my parents, who raised my brother and I with the value of appreciation of different cultures and the emphasized the importance of diversity. Throughout my childhood, we made numerous trips to places within the US and abroad, which developed that sense of passion for learning and leaving my comfort zone early. Along with my passion for travel, another reason why I decided to pursue a Global Option in Business certification was to develop a diverse skill set and prepare myself for a continuously growing globalized work environment. In my future career, I hope to work alongside international business professionals by leveraging the skills and disciplines that I have developed through this Global Option certification.
