Postdoctoral Researchers
We are always eager to discuss applications for postdoctoral fellowships.
We investigate fundamental biological questions related to different injuries and conditions and we welcome fresh ideas and approaches. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in epigenetics, computational biology, flow cytometry, and mouse models of spinal and nerve injury.

Requirements
- PhD in neuroscience, molecular biology, or related discipline
- Expertise with -omic approaches and computational tools for data analysis is a must
- Experience with transgenic mouse models and techniques like flow cytometry, epigenomics, and microscopy
- Expertise in animal models of neuronal injuries is an advantage
- Knowledge of research methods and statistical procedures
- Ability to conduct a detailed critical review of recent literature
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to direct the work of a small research team and motivate others to produce a high standard of work
- Ability to organize own work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize own work in response to deadlines
- Solid publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to advancing the field
Graduate Students
We are looking for students with backgrounds in epigenetics, molecular and cellular biology, and/or computational science.
Undergraduate Students
We welcome enthusiastic and committed students to our lab. If you’re interested, get in touch to discuss potential projects. We’ll train you in the necessary lab techniques, with the goal of you eventually being able to conduct your own independent research.
