For April 6th and 7th, teams can reserve rooms at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel.

There are 100 rooms being held at the hotel for this event and they will be held for reservations until March 16th, 2017. These rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Hotel has made the following suggestions in an effort to help expedite the check-in and billing process for the upcoming ASCE Conference.
If a School or University is paying by check or credit card, the hotel should receive payment with the names and confirmation numbers of the registered individuals by March 27, 2017 so that deposits can be posted to accounts prior to check-in.

To receive the Ohio state tax exemption, the entity must also submit a valid Ohio State Tax Exemption Certificate with payment. Taxes are removed at the end of stay. All checks should be processed with taxes included in the total.
