The Ohio State University Young Professionals Network (OSUYPN) empowers employees from both the University and Medical Center through professional development, social engagement, networking events, and leadership opportunities.
We are an Employee Resource Group (ERG) which is a self-determined association of faculty, staff, and learners organized around a specific diversity dimension. ERGs welcome all Wexner Medical Center, Health Science Colleges, or University faculty, staff, or learner.
What we do
- Create connection points between staff members – this organization is a space for professionals to meet one another, talk, cross-office and function interests, and help new professionals find their home at Ohio State University.
- Host events – every year we host a handful of events, some fun and some professional development based, for any employee at Ohio State University.
- Listen to you – we want to hear more about your ideas and always value your feedback!
