Congratulations to Natalia Folchini who’s proposal titled “Assessment of the Role of Increased Utero-Ovarian Blood Flow in Corpus Luteum Maintenance During Pregnancy in Cattle” was awarded ~$5,000 from the CFAES Internal Grants Program (IGP). Natalia’s proposed research builds on one of the main focus areas of the lab directed at understanding the physiological mechanisms involved in pregnancy maintenance beyond classical maternal recognition of pregnancy in cattle.
