As research becomes more interdisciplinary, it is crucial that researchers are able to work effectively with investigators, colleagues, and others. “Team Science” is the study and application of principles and strategies to develop, lead, and manage groups of people as part of a research project/team.
Through a combination of didactic learning exercises and interactive small group activities, this workshop will arm participants with a collection of evidence-based tools and resources for implementing effective practices in team science.
