What you have done?
- Continued on working on the certification preparation module. I decided the most important topics to cover and designed the layout of the course content. The topics I crated content for in this section were:
- Establishing Trust through Communication (2 credits)
- Basics of Nutrition (3 credits)
- The Key to Correct Documentation (2 credits)
- Preventing Skin Breakdown (3 credits)
- Strokes and Related Care (3 credits)
- After each of the content that was presented, I included a knowledge check section which included a multiple choice assessment. The idea was that, after completing each section and before moving on, the students would be assessed for their understating of the section. I did about three questions for each section, so in total there were about fifteen multiple choice questions created with the correct answers for this section.
What you need to do?
- I still need to create the second e-learning module for the client and their students. This is the module which contains general knowledge base and educational information for Home Health Aides (HHA). As before, I need to design the course layout and find the media content to support learning units which would enhance the content.
How and why you have adjusted your Project Plan?
- So far, I have not adjusted much. I am going through the content creation portion and so far things seem to be on track. I have the content I needed from the client and it will just take me some time to compile it and create the e-learning units.
