Module 12: Delivery Cycle 3 Final Progress & Reflection

 

What you have done?

  • During this module, I finalized everything. I completed all the learning modules in Articulate 360 for the client. The two e-learning modules are created with all the content that the learners need to be aware of. During this module, I also finished editing the audio files and overplayed it with background musing and images so the students can listen to the recorded audio in a visual format. I run the course through a test phase, just as the students would see it and it looked good. It ran smooth and flowed well with the content being accurate. I looked for mistakes or adjustments that might need to be made.
  • It took me a long time to get the e-learning content together and I feel good about the final content. I emailed the client to take a look and let me know what they think so far in case we need to make changes or adjustments.

What you need to do?

  • I believe the only thing that needs to be done is to present the content to the client and discuss them about the overall look and quality of the proposed project. I will give them the content now and wait for their response to see if they would like any adjustments made before finalizing the project and doing a formal presentation. If possible, I will ask them the do a learner try-out by giving the content to a few of their HHA to use the content as they would when it is finalized. Their interaction and feedback will be helpful in letting us know how they feel about the e-learning content that was provided and if there needs to be any changes made.

How and why you have adjusted your Project Plan?

I have streamlined most things, and made a few adjustments. All the minor adjustments were in collaboration with the client. I made the content in the e-learning modules in a simple and easy to read and understand since the educational levels of the home health aides are mainly at the level high school reading. Therefore, complex and technical sentences were avoided in the design phase of teaching and learning.
