The Ornamental Pathology lab and the C. Wayne Ellett Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic at The Ohio State University developed this site to assist green industry stakeholders and extension personnel in making informed science-based decisions for managing diseases of ornamental plants.
The site provides:
- Current information on the identification, epidemiology and management of pathogens of ornamental crops
- A gallery of pictures of symptoms and signs of disease to help in the identification
- Targeted information for stakeholders presented in two formats: essential (“What is it? What to do about it?”) and more comprehensive (“Dig deeper”)
This site was developed with funding from the USDA-NIFA Extension Implementation Program (Award #2014-70006-22507).
