The Ohio Union is located at 1739 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43210 at the corner of 12th Avenue and High Street.
The symposium will take place on the first floor of the Ohio Union. All sessions will take place in the Performance Hall, except where noted below.
- Registration will be in front of the entrance to the Performance Hall.
- Parallel oral sessions will be held in the Performance Hall (Session A) and in the Great Hall (Session B).
- Please visit our exhibitors in the gallery space in front of the Great Hall.
- Catering will be in the gallery space in front of the Great Hall.
- Coffee and tea service will be available throughout the day.
- Boxed lunch pickup will be in the gallery space in front of the Great Hall. Individualized boxed lunches will be available at a separate table for those who specified dietary needs during registration.
- Light snacks will be available during the afternoon networking breaks.

- Visitors should park in the Ohio Union South Garage, located at 1759 North High St.
- Permit holders can access the Ohio Union North Garage, located at 1780 College Rd.
