Teachers were multiple hats: parents, educator, counselor, nurse, confidant, encourager, warm demander, doctors, advisor,cheer leader, game changer, you name it.
As an educator, I feel we do not celebrate enough those who organically engineer the change that makes us who we have are, even in small measures. We often celebrate movie stars, models, and other heros but I believe the true heros and heroines are the people in classrooms all over the world, who wear multiple hats to make a change in our world. So, let’s celebrate them.
