Are you looking to try something new for stress management?

The biofeedback technology available in the OSU SMART Lab gives you real-time feedback about your heart rhythms while you practice breathing and other resilience exercises. The simple, fun computer games keep you engaged, and the biofeedback visuals help you improve your practice! 30-minute biofeedback sessions are available for Faculty and Staff between 9AM and noon on most Wednesdays through December 20th.

This is a complimentary service from the OSU Health CoachingLinks to an external site. program. Health Coach Amanda Fox will be on-hand at the lab to answer questions, help navigate the software, or provide guidance and suggestions to support your practice.
