Ingredients:
· 1 pound sausage (cooked)
· 1 medium onion – chopped
· 1 bell pepper – chopped
· 2 cans diced tomatoes
· 1 large can of tomato soup (plus 1 can of water)
· 2 teaspoons oregano
· 2 teaspoons basil
· 1 teaspoon garlic
· ¼ cup pepperonis (small or large)
Preparation:
· Step 1:
Add all ingredients except pepperonis to a crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
· Step 2:
Add pepperoni to warm.
· Additions:
- Add olives, mushrooms, or other pizza toppings while it cooks.
- Top with mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
