Ingredients:
· 1 ½ pounds chicken (thighs or breast) – cut into 1 inch slices
· 1 cup carrots – chopped
· 1 cup celery – sliced
· 2, 32 ounce containers of chicken broth (low sodium if preferred)
· 1, 10 ounce can Campbell’s condensed cream of chicken with roasted garlic soup
· 20 ounce package of three cheese tortellini
· Fresh grated parmesan (for serving)
Preparation:
· Step 1:
Place all ingredients, except tortellini, in a crock pot. Cook on medium for 8 hours.
· Step 2:
Remove chicken to shred, then return to the pot.
· Step 3:
Add tortellini and cook an additional 30 minutes.
· Step 4:
Add grated parmesan when serving.
