Manufacturing Process

jdfdakjfh kdfjdksajf Almost all Nike shoes are manufactured outside of the United States. The leading manufacturer of Nike shoes is China and Vietnam each accounting for 36% of the total manufactured world wide. Indonesia accounts for 22% and Thailand for 6% of the Nike shoes that are being produced world wide. There are 785 contract factories with more then 1 million workers manufacturing more then 500,000 different products. To make the shoe the worker first cuts all the material in the shapes and forms they need to be in, they then sew the pieces together on the upper section above the sole. The workers then prepare the sole also called stock fitting, followed by preparing the attachment of upper to the sole also know as lasting. Then the worker attaches and shapes the bottom heel to its final form this process is called heeling. The finishing touches are made and any necessary accessories are then attached in the process called treeing.

ALL BOD and CEO should be fired by Stockholders for your stupid and imbecile decision to use the MOST anti AMERICAN, who has nothing to offer to the USA, but play football. We have Monkeys trained to do that now. I will go to NEW BALANCE and get an American Made Shoe this weekend. Thank you for your decision, dummies!

  8. Despite the UK footwear manufacturing sector being talked down for many years, things have started to change. In fact, there’s been a rise in demand for British made goods as of late! The industry has seen an increase from 4500 people making 5 million pairs last year to 5000 people this year alone – and all producers are currently working flat out just to keep up with the growing number of orders coming through every day.

  10. I like love to wear Nike and recommend my friends to buy same brand. Recently I bought a pair of nike Joy Ride for myself and read on tag it said Made in Vietnam so i thought i got duplicate nike shoes and someone cheated my. Then i went to google and search for Nike Shoes in Pakistanand i get to know that lot of websites in my country are selling same Vietnam made shoes here. But from this articles i get satisfaction that shoes are just made in Vietnam which doesn’t mean they are not original. Thanks for this nice information.
