Makoto Kawamoto is a fifth-year undergraduate medical student at Nagasaki University, Japan, and a research trainee in the Department of Pathology Informatics. Her interests include pathology as well as the development of artificial intelligence for diagnostic pathology. Her research focuses on constructing and improving AI models using histopathology data, along with investigating consensus strategies among pathologists to enhance diagnostic accuracy and clinical relevance.
