          Net neutrality is where internet providers cannot slow or speed up speeds of internet for specific sites and you they cannot charge for packages for different categories of websites. Such as social media, business, entertainment, and others. This is a good thing and should be kept this way. Bussinesses think otherwise.

Plan Behind Taking it Away

Businesses want to take their internet providers and charge customers for packages kind of how cable works. For cable you pay packages for sports, news, and others like that. Now internet providers like Comcast,verizon, and at&t want to do the same thing with their internet. They want to charge you for different packages on the internet. packages like sports, social media, news, business and others. Net neutrality also meant that providers could not limit websites to certain internet speeds and that all had to be the same. Now with net neutrality being taken away providers could slow rivals websites and speed their own to give their websites faster loading speeds

Many people are not happy about this because it is also a way that businesses can get more money from their customers to make them pay for the packages they want rather than just having it all with any type of internet they have. People on social media are furious with the providers acts and are protesting against them. Websites are even made for you to send pre-made emails to the head of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
