Business Model and Value Proposition

Task: As a team, we are developing a transportation device that allows us to carry our product for
reducing the risk of noisy neighbors. The transportation vehicle will be used by installers that work for
the company that are going to install the noisy neighbor reducing product within the confinements of
the customers house. The main pains which can be seen below are Installation time due to issues with
limited amount of product a technician carries, Carrying heavy objects can take time and put strain on
technicians which can affect their performance, and it allows them to bring more items up to the
location of service so it reduces amount of runs to vehicle and etc.


Business Model: Dealing with noisy neighbors based on our data is an occurrence that creates
annoyance in which the users did not want to confront the person causing the issue which leads to the
idea of a product that can reduce noisy neighbors with a transportation device that can help deliver the
needs of the installer technician for the company. The noise is not a constant for most users and
typically happens during a specific time zone during the later hours of the day so the installer technician
can install during normal business operating hours.

Users: The typical user of the transportation vehicle for the noisy neighbor product would be any
technician that has acquired special company training to be able to install the product for customers
that happen to live in some sort of urban environment which typically consists of apartment or
dormitory living arrangements. The future of the product could be extended to other companies
adapting similar vehicle carriers to ease the strain on company technicians and reduce the time required
to install wiring, routers, etc. It would create a more efficient use of company time since more could get
done since installation time could be reduced.
