The John Glenn Centennial Celebration Committee is inviting local clubs to participate in The Friendship 7 Parade Saturday, July 17. The parade is part of the July 16-18 weekend of events to commemorate Glenn’s 100th birthday. Cars/trucks, floats, horses, and marching/walking units are welcome. Registration is free. The Cambridge parade begins at 11 a.m. and the New Concord parade begins at noon. Participants can participate in one or both parades.
