FINAL Quality Assurance Options

In-Person, May 3

We will host an in-person Quality Assurance session on Monday, May 3, 6-8 p.m. at the Veteran’s Building at the Fairgrounds. Space is limited by OSU/local health department guidelines and pre-registration is REQUIRED. Please be sure you can attend before registering so you don’t take a spot from another youth. Youth cannot attend by just showing up on May 3. Youth should plan to arrive early, as youth will not receive credit for attending if they arrive more than 10 minutes after the program starts.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

  • Properly worn face masks are required.
  • Physical distancing will be practiced by maintaining a six-foot distance between people. Chairs will be set up to facilitate this.
  • Members cannot attend the meeting if they or anyone living their household is experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

YQCA Online

Youth who do not attend a Zoom or In-Person option will need to complete the YQCA course online by June 15 to be eligible to exhibit at the Muskingum County Fair.

The online module completed must be for the correct 4-H age.

Only the YQCA courses currently meet ODA standards. BQA, PQA, BEST and other online programs do not meet this requirement.

Families use their 4HOnline log in to complete the course. The cost is $12 per youth.
