The Muskingum County 4-H CARTEENS program is a court mandated program for first-time juvenile traffic offenders. 4-H CARTEENS is a peer education program, which simply means the program is taught by teens. Applicants must be 15 years of age and have an Ohio’s learner’s permit or driver’s license. Applications accepted year round.
You will need the following information to complete the 4-H CARTEENS application:
- Personal Information
- Information to help you with essay questions
- Parent/guardian must complete the Health Form
Applications are saved so that you can return to a partially completed form to finish it for up to one month – but you must visit the site from the same computer or mobile device.
Note: 4-H CARTEENS programs are currently on hold because of restrictions related to COVID-19.
