The 4-H Youth Development program in Muskingum County is led by a team of two Extension Educators involved directly with volunteer management and training. As a member of the team, this Extension Educator will provide co-leadership to a comprehensive positive youth development program while focusing educational programming on workforce preparedness, expanding the 4-H program beyond the traditional club model, and other topics identified as a county need for youth programming. Examples of programs include school programs, after-school programs, youth boards, volunteer orientation, and training specific to volunteer roles and responsibilities.
