My name is Carol Hemmerly and I serve as an Educational Technologist in the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) at The Ohio State University.
I am an instructional designer with over 20 years experience teaching with technology and using technology to achieve desired learning outcomes. I have created this website to help others understand and use Richard E. Mayer’s research-based best practices in multimedia learning and put his principles to use when developing their own multimedia learning objects.
