ne thing from my autumn semester that explains me as a person is my cat Hayes. I struggled a lot with anxiety and adjusting to college life and I decided to take it upon myself to try and better my situation as best I could. I had read online about how animals can help with anxiety and i decided I would try an get an ESA. I completed the paperwork and was approved and got my kitten Hayes. He is an all black cat who loves everyone. This is great because I have found that many of my peers also deal with anxiety and he brightens their day a lot if they are able to come pet and hang out with him. He really changed the way my friends (and floor) and I feel about engineering and college in general
