Artifacts

One artifact that shaped me as a person was moving between 6th and 7th grade. I grew up in North Linden, just on the edge of Clintonville in Columbus,OH. I attended a massive public school. It was incredibly diverse culturally and racially, and the area was extremely liberal. When I moved to Galena, OH and started a new school, I quickly found that it was incredibly different. It was a predominately white, conservative, christian area. My move helped allow me to meet people outside of my initial comfort zone, and allowed me to become more comfortable with every type of person.
