Artifacts

For my Artifact, I chose one of my Ohio State Ski and Board Team jackets. Skiing has always been a huge part of my life, so being able to come to OSU and race at the collegiate level has been an amazing experience to me as a freshman. To me, the jacket represents all the great friends I have made, our trips to Colorado and Michigan, being voted rookie of the year, and so much more.

About Me

My name is Jaden Montgomery and I am a freshman here at The Ohio State University. I am from West Chester, Ohio. Growing up my family, who are all alumni of the University of Kentucky, expected me to go to UK. But, after visiting Ohio State for the first time my junior year of high school, I knew where I wanted to go. Currently, I am a dual major International Business and International Relations. I have always been interested in the economy on the global scale, whether it be trade deals the US is negotiating or other business ventures between countries, so I felt the dual major I chose helped cater the most to those interests. At OSU, I am a member of the Business Scholars, Fisher Cares, and am currently on the Alpine Ski and Board Racing Team. I cannot wait to see where I go with the Ski Team and what other involvements I become a part of before I graduate.
