About Me

Born and raised in Ohio for the majority of my life, I am beyond excited to start my first year at The Ohio State University. After moving to Kentucky during the summer before my sophomore year of high school, I quickly realized that my true home resides in the heart of Ohio: Columbus. I am unsure of what I will officially be studying over the course of the next four years. However, my ultimate goal is to help survivors of gender-based violence; ideally, on a global scale. My passion for helping in other countries roots from a study abroad trip I had the opportunity to take during my junior year of high school. Ever since, I have had an overwhelming desire to travel and be immersed in different cultures. Along with being an International Affairs Scholar and in the R-LEAD program, I plan on getting as involved on campus as possible (hopefully a club for foodies like myself). Outside of the classroom, I can be found with my head in a book, at the gym, or in a coffee shop drinking a Dirty Chai. I look forward to the endless possibilities The Ohio State University will bring.
