When I first came to OSU, I was here about 2 weeks early. I was here for a program called R-Lead where people were placed into small groups and taken around the campus before the masses got here. I met my first friends in this program and I learned so much about myself. It was a great introduction to such a large school because I was able to see familiar faces everywhere I went. We did many leadership activities and got talks on diversity and inclusion. Overall, it was a great program and I would recommend
it to incoming freshmen who want to meet people right away! OWL was right after and in this program we moved in the rest of the student population into their dorms. With OWL we got to go to the food and ate a lot of free food!
