The 2017 Midwest Seminar in Modern Philosophy will be held at the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH on October 20–22, 2017. The conference will start in the early afternoon of Friday, October 20, and run till about 1pm on Sunday, October 22. Papers on any aspect of early modern philosophy (up to and including Kant) will be considered and should have a reading time of approximately 45 minutes. Submissions should take the form of abstracts of 500–800 words, prepared for anonymous review. They should be submitted, as an attachment to an email in either Microsoft Word or PDF format, to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for the receipt of submissions is April 1, 2017. Authors will be notified by April 20, 2017 of the program committee’s decision.
