About Me

Hello! My name is Allison Michaels and I am a current medical anthropology pre-med major at The Ohio State University. I am originally from a small suburb of northern Philadelphia, and am a proud alumni of Wissahickon Senior High School. Growing up, I had a passion for solving complex problems and learning new things, which has lead me to my love of medicine, particularly pediatric medicine. Now as a second year at Ohio State I hope to continue cultivating this interest throughout my college experience and increase my involvement on campus. So far, I have become involved with the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity, Buckeye-thon, casual sports club, and OSU Penpals. In my free time I am an avid history buff, enjoy reading books of all sorts, and hope to learn about astronomy and metaphysics.
