Contour and Blind Contour Portraits

This drawing starting from left to right was done of my mother, my father, and finally myself.  The top portrait is a contour, simply meaning it is done with one continuous line.  While below those are my blind contours of the same subjects.  Blind contours refer to looking only at the subject without looking onto the page while drawing, as a way to help train the hand to move with the eyes.  For each subject I did the blind contour first and then did the regular contour second.
