So today, we’ve invited a special guest. Dr Kara Wada is a board certified Internist and Pediatrician at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center who specializes in Allergy and Immunology and is also board certified in a newer discipline, Lifestyle Medicine. On this webcast, Kara will take us through the tenets of lifestyle medicine, why lifestyle medicine matters, and key habits that can improve health.
