The Ohio State University

Invitation to Share Your Own Practices

Are you interested in sharing your meditation practice with others?

The Friday Morning Meditation Group at Ohio State University is looking for guest leaders to share their unique perspectives on meditation. We are committed to creating an inclusive and safe space for open-mindedness and cultural diversity. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and we welcome all levels of experience.

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or just starting out, we encourage you to join us. We can all learn from each other and grow together.

Here are some ideas for what you can share with the group:

  • A favorite meditation video or audio recording
  • A talk about your cultural background and how it influences your meditation practice
  • A guided meditation
  • Active listening to music or nature sounds
  • Facilitated silence
  • Any other meditative experiences that you value

The group is very casual and non-judgmental, so there is no need to prepare a formal presentation. We simply want to create a space where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences.

If you are interested in being a guest leader, please contact us at, express interest during a session, or fill out the following Qualtrics form. We would be delighted to have you join us!
