Project Focus Area:
Our team is going to focus on tasks that occur in the kitchen for this project. We feel like a lot of tasks in the kitchen require using two hands, one to hold the tool and the other to support the object you’re using the tool for (ex: cutting vegetables). Some other tasks that our team thought of were opening cans, carrying heavy pots, and peeling fruits and veggies. Our team thinks that there is a lot of room for improvement in an effort to make kitchen tasks more accessible to someone with one hand.
Ian Broadbent – A 4th year studying ISE from Cleveland, Ohio. Enjoys using his disposable cameras to capture funny moments of friends and family.
Chloe Brattoli – A 4th year studying ISE from Lorain, Ohio with a minor in Design Thinking. Enjoys listening to music and going to concerts.
Michael Cherfane- A 4th year studying ISE focused in manufacturing from Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Enjoys snowboarding and the motorsports.
Madison Sirny – A 5th year BME student from Brookfield, Wisconsin. Enjoys skiing and does not enjoy recovery from skiing injuries.
Mary Hager – A 5th year ISE student from Cincinnati, Ohio. Enjoys cooking food and going to happy hours.
Lewis Reo – A 4th year ISE student from Durham, North Carolina. Enjoys traveling and hanging out with friends.
