About Me
My name is Skyler Maurer and I am originally from Buffalo, NY. After graduating from high school in 2014 I moved to Columbus to attend Ohio State. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in cellular & molecular neuroscience. Following my time at Ohio State I hope to attend an allopathic medical school in the United States. My interests include snowboarding, playing soccer, and sleep.
I am involved with a few clubs and organizations at OSU. In addition to being a member of HSS, I work in a behavioral neuroscience lab on campus. I also serve as an ambassador for the neuroscience program, and the fundraising chair of A Kid Again OSU. In addition, I volunteer as a patient advocate in the Emergency Department at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
