Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a gold-standard treatment for borderline personality disorder (BPD). It’s also a “kitchen-sink” treatment with many of the most efficacious treatment components included. We’re particularly interested in which of these components are driving change for patients and if we can match those components to patients more efficiently.
