The Math and Engineering Learning Center at The Ohio State University at Marion is a resource center for students in mathematics, statistics, engineering, and physics courses. Our walk-in schedule, with professional Dr. Vijay Garapati, provides students with extended access to free math and engineering help in addition to classes and instructor office hours. The Math and Engineering Learning Center is a comfortable space for students to develop their skills and study habits. We encourage students to ask questions and work through practice problems as needed. Our goal is to identify barriers to learning concepts and guide students through the solution process. By helping students discover how they learn, we aid them in becoming an active participant in their own education. In doing this, we aim to increase both an individual’s confidence and competence in their math and engineering abilities.
