Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic are the three main learning styles.

Visual learning: The learner learns through visual objects such as videos, pictures or watching something being done. With this learning style it is easier because you can catch on to things quickly if you’re watching something but it could also be hard for textbook readings.

Auditory Learning: The learner learns through speaking or hearing. An Advantage for this learning style is that you are able to listen to recorded notes and process the information quicker. A disadvantage would be the audio or speaker might not be speaking clearly for you to understand.

Kinesthetic Learning: The learner learns from a hands on approach for example demonstrating. With this, you’ll be learning things first hand. A bad thing about this is that you might not like working with yours hands or you might not get it on the first try while demonstrating.
