GES Presentation : This presentation was completed for my Scholars 1100 class. The topic was solar panel efficiency – where it stands and current steps being made to improve it. I researched this topic and found three scholarly articles that applied to my topic. I found that there are improvements being researched currently but that we just don’t have technology capable of improving solar panel efficiency today. This project was a good way to get to know two of my classmates as well as understand what teachers expect when they assign you a project requiring research. All of my classmates had to find three relevant articles, create an annotated bibliography, and then present the findings to the class. This presentation required focused group work, time management, and interpersonal skills. This was the first of many projects to come that will show me what skills are required to succeed in the industry in just a few short years.
