Description: The combination of deep breathing, inner awareness, and positive emotion can help counteract stress. Join Health Coach Amanda Fox for one-hour session that will introduce you to strategies for building resilience in the face of change and uncertainty. Participants will have a chance to try resilience building breathing exercises in addition learning, discussing, and asking questions about resilience with the group during the webinar.
