My first year at Ohio State was incredible.  It was intimidating at first, coming to a big school where I knew no one.  I knew I wanted to get involved, but I wasn’t quite sure how with school work taking up so much time.  I was able to become apart of some great groups including the HSS Leadership Council, SPARK Board, Global Brigades and Alpha Gamma Delta Women’s Fraternity.  This year has taught me a lot about independence, as well as the importance of leaning on good friends when you need to.  I am proud of  how I was able to develop and what I was able to accomplish this year.  I am so excited for what my future years as a buckeye have in store.
