MEGA organizes social and professional development programming; both types of events are aimed at improving the experience for all graduate students in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Social Development
MEGA’s past social events include Laser Tag, Bowling, and the annual Spring cookout.
Professional Development
In addition to supporting the Student Lecture Series (SLS), MEGA tries to provide programming to help graduate students develop their professional skills including leveraging the College of Engineering and Engineering Career Services.
Community Development
MEGA supports efforts to support the Columbus community by volunteer efforts at the Habitat for Humanity Restore and through food or toy drives throughout the year.
