Madison County 4-H Camp registration is now open!
4-H Camp is held June 6-9, 2019 at 4-H Camp Clifton near Yellow Springs, Ohio.
Madison County 4-H Camp is open to all youth ages 8-18. Registration is $190 for 4-H members and $210 for non 4-H members.
To register, complete the following paperwork and turn it into the Madison County Extension Office by May 10!
- Camp Registration Information Letter – (Cover letter with more information on camp)
- Camper Registration Form
- Activity/Workshop Descriptions – Reference this document when ranking workshops on registration form
- Ohio 4-H Health Statement – Must attach current photo to this form
- 4-H Standards of Behavior – for non 4-H members only
