Flow through challenge testing was performed with MS2 bacteriophage and E. coli under various power supply conditions and with different UV LED units. We also characterized the turbine electrical generation and determined theoretical power generation using Bernoulli’s equation to account for pressure drops associated with changes in flow rates.
