This past year was a learning curve. It entailed making new friends, finding new ways to study, and learning to live on my own in a new city. For me, I used this opportunity to explore. I joined new clubs and learned about different careers in medicine. For incoming freshmen, I would say put yourself out there. College is a big adjustment, but it’s also a chance to start fresh, and if theres something you’ve always wanted to do, go for it.
