About Me

I am a first-year undergraduate student at The Ohio State University from Columbus, Ohio and am majoring in Biology on the Pre-med track with the intention of minoring in Spanish and Finance. In the future, I hope to pursue a career as a physician with my specialty lying in either Sports Medicine or Pediatrics. Currently, as a first-year undergraduate, I am a member of the Health Sciences Scholar program. My passions lie in community service, public health, scientific research, and volunteering opportunities. Therefore in my senior year of high school, I partook in various clubs and activities that alligned with these passions. These clubs and activities included Key Club, a community service club in which I held the position as treasurer; S-club, a women’s health and safety advocacy club; HOSA, an organization oriented towards students with an interest in health professions; National Honor Society; International Language Honor Society; National Technical Honor Society; and I also spent time doing research for Nationwide Children’s Hospital as well as preparing my own senior capstone research project that I would go on to present at Southern State Community College in the spring. When not in class, I enjoy spending my time staying fit and being healthy by working out the OSU RPAC, expressing myself through painting, and gallery hopping downtown and experiencing new art and cultures.
