I summarize seven points about learning skills i learned:

Have a good rest.(slide 26) Studies have shown that the main cause of attention loss is lack of rest. If you don’t have a good rest, your attention will be distracted. Take a good rest when it’s time to rest. Adjust your schedule, which is the key to improving your attention.It’s not good to sleep too much. Oversleeping can disrupt your schedule and make you more lazy. Set an alarm clock for yourself to stop sleeping in.

Plan well. Before you do something, think about what you want to accomplish today. If you are aimless, you will easily spend too much time on activities such as checking email, texting, browsing the web. You can’t think about the last thing.Plan in your head before you do something. Use the 5-10 minutes between breaks to check email. Of course, when planning, we must also give ourselves time for entertainment and rest, and pay attention to the combination of work and rest.

Meditation. Meditation helps improve your concentration, because concentration is the basis of meditation. Give yourself a time to meditate every day and practice techniques to improve your concentration.

Choose the environment in which you work or study. Obviously, the school library, study corridor, study room and so on are certainly more conducive to your attention than other noisy public places. A less crowded environment is more conducive to your concentration.

A balanced diet. Eating too much will put too much burden on your digestive system and make you feel uncomfortable and sleepy. In fact, your body needs far less food than you think. Eat light and healthy, and your concentration will be easier to focus.

Change the environment. You will be bored if you keep working in the same environment. Changing your work environment often keeps you fresh and focused. Also, a quite environment will be better for you to study.(slide 9)

Exercise a lot.(slide 29) Another important factor in concentration is our health. If you are tired, sub healthy, or have a lot of minor ailments, it will be more difficult for you to concentrate. Of course, it’s not that you can’t concentrate, it’s just that it’s more difficult than healthy people. So why should we embarrass ourselves? Take care of your health.
