Year in Review

Hannah learned a lot this past year, not only about Ohio State, but about herself.  She was quick to join the Pre-PT/OT Club to learn more about the career she would like to have in the future. Through this club, she was given the opportunity to become a research volunteer at the James Crane Institute of Sports Medicine. Working alongside the PhD students has been an eye-opening experience, and has taught her a lot in a short period of time. She plans to continue working with them and will hopefully compose her own research project in their lab in the future.

Aside from academics, she also joined the Club Swim Team in hopes to continue her swimming career from high school. She also became closer to her roots by participating in the Jewish Learning Fellowship through OSU Hillel. This was a very special experience in which she was able to talk to other Jewish college students about Judaism and what it means to each of them and in society. She also plans to be the HSS Team Captain for Buckeyethon next year and increase involvement in the dance marathon so we can reach the goal of $2 million FTK!

Overall, she learned a lot about herself this year, and hopes to continue her growth next semester by becoming a Peer Mentor for HSS and an Ohio State Welcome Leader (OWL) Coordinator.
